Sunday, November 7th we will be traveling to the Petersen Events Center in Pittsburgh, PA to see Bob Dylan. Plans are to document the adventure with real time posts using photos, video clips. and commentary. Ideally the two of us (Mark Chase & Mark Zeltner) will be able to use our smart phones to provide regular updates of the day’s events.
Starting Sunday afternoon we will begin to document the adventure. If all goes well, there will be a variety of new content before, during and after the show. We hope you will check in to see what happens. - mc
not to be a killjoy, but: is it legal to post concert video clips on your blog? will you be operating under Fair Use and posting just snippets? can you post an entire song? what's your rationale on posting commercial content, in this case, actual concert footage?

ReplyDeleteClearly we meet all four criteria for fair use. Besides I don't plan to post long concert footage clips. More snippets to capture the essence of the event. MC
i respectfully request you post the entire song, "Maggie's Farm," if he plays it.
